songs. As well as start learning how to play electric guitar solos and electric guitar

defintiely help, learning guitar solos and scales can be acheived by
listening to your favorite bands/guitarists and trying to mimmick what
they're doing on your guitar. This will train your ear and will make it
easier for you to play by ear.
